Beers
Pale Tap
Pre-Cut Pale Ale
Style: American Pale Ale. ABV 5.4%. John doesn’t like a middle of the road Pale Ale. Big malt body, decent booze, big hop driven fruit aromas and flavours with stonefruit and pineapple up front complemented by Citrus and Pine notes
2'o'clock Tap
Cooran Crusher
Style: Australian Lager. ABV 4.2%. Our easy drinking, mainstream Australian style beer. Pilsner (light coloured) malt base, low bitterness, made to drink cold.
Sesh Tap
Six Mile Session Ale
Style: Pale Ale. ABV 3.5%. A pale ale style Session Ale that shouldn’t seem like you are drinking a mid strength. Full (not watery) mouthfeel, a solid bitterness with hop driven flavours and aromas of white melon, stone fruit and slightly dank.
Ginger Tap
Guran Ginger Beer
A refreshing fermented Ginger Beer, rather than an alco-pop made with ethanol. Our ginger beer is fermented off a rice wort to make it a gluten-reduced option, and uses Sunshine Coast ginger. Back-sweetened with organic monk fruit for low calories. Delicious with a slice of citrus and some ice. The name Cooran comes from guran or kuran, meaning tall in the Kabi Kabi language. This might refer to Mount Cooran or to the tall Moreton Bay Ash trees found in the area **REDUCED GLUTEN. MADE ON SAME EQUIPMENT**

Kolsch
Style: German Ale. ABV 5.3%. Based on a traditional German style from Cologne. Pilsner malt base for a light golden colour, low bitterness, but a twist with some NZ Motueka hops late in the boil for a touch of mojito citrus.

Pilsner
Style: Light Lager. ABV 4.9%. A crisp, clean taste and refreshing with a slight bitterness from the hops. Perfect for those looking for a lighter beer with a nice bite. Fresh herbal/floral notes from classic German hops. Lightbodied and well carbed mouthfeel.

Sticke Altbier
Style: German Strong Ale. ABV: 5.9%. A malt forward beer with caramel, toffee, toasted bread flavours. A smooth bitterness from hops to make it balanced but a bigger beer than a standard Altbier, along with a mild dry-hop of classic German Mittelfruh hops.

Raw Hefeweizen
Style: Wheat Beer. ABV 4.5%. Fruity and spicy, with distinctive yeast characters of banana and clove up front. Being unboiled, this “raw” version has fresher, maltier notes to complement and balance out the wheat beer characteistics.

Doppelbock
Style: Strong Dark Lager. ABV 8.2%. Bold and malty with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and dried fruits like raisins and figs. Despite its strength, it’s smooth and rich, with a warming boozy finish. Full bodied mouthfeel, with a slightly sweet finish.
Oktoberfest '24
Munich Dunkel
Style: Dark Lager. ABV 5.2%. A smooth, malty beer with flavors of toasted bread, mild chocolate, and maybe a hint of coffee. It has an emphasis on maltiness but still very drinkable.
Oktoberfest '24
Festbier
Style: Oktoberfest Lager. ABV 5.6%. A slightly dialled back version of the traditional Oktoberfest beer. Malty and slightly sweet with toasty flavors of bread and caramel. It’s fuller than a regular lager but still smooth and easy to drink.

Munich Helles
Style: Pale Lager. ABV 5.3% (NB: Check the board to see if on first. This beer will follow the Pilsner). Light, crisp, and slightly sweet with a gentle malt flavor and slightly less bitterness than the Pilsner. It’s easy-drinking and perfectly balanced with a mild hop bitterness.
