Pale Tap: Pre-Cut Pale Ale
John doesn’t like a middle of the road Pale Ale.
Big malt body, decent booze, big hop driven fruit aromas and flavours with stonefruit and pineapple up front complemented by Citrus and Pine notes.
2'o'clock Tap: Cooran Crusher
Our easy drinking, mainstream Australian style beer. Pilsner (light coloured) malt base, low bitterness, made to drink cold.
Sesh Tap: Six Mile Session Ale
A pale ale style Session Ale that shouldn’t seem like you are drinking a mid strength. Full (not watery) mouthfeel, a solid bitterness with hop driven flavours and aromas of white melon, stone fruit and slightly dank.
Ginger Tap: Guran Ginger Beer
A very light and refreshing fermented Ginger Beer, rather than an alco-pop made with ethanol. Light coloured, light flavoured, our ginger beer is fermented off a rice wort to make it a gluten-reduced option, and uses Sunshine Coast ginger. Delicious with a slice of citrus and some ice. The name Cooran comes from guran or kuran, meaning “tall” in the Kabi Kabi language. This might refer to Mount Cooran or to the tall Moreton Bay Ash trees found in the area **REDUCED GLUTEN. MADE ON SAME EQUIPMENT**
Lager Tap: Tmavé Pivo
Deep mahogany colour with ruby highlights and a creamy off-white head. The aroma features roasted malt, caramel, toffee, and earthy hops. Its medium-bodied taste includes toasted bread, caramel, toffee, and light nuttiness, balanced by moderate hop bitterness. Not as roasty as a Schwarzbier, with more complexity than a Dunkel.
Hoppy Tap: Black IPA
A dark brown to black colour with a frothy tan head. The aroma combines subtle roasted malt with piney and citrusy hops. Its medium-bodied taste blends subtle dark chocolate with assertive hop bitterness and piney, citrusy hop character. Hops used Centennial, Cascade, Azacca, El Dorado, giving dry and moderately bitter finish with lingering hop resin. Moderate carbonation enhances its crisp, smooth mouthfeel.
Ale Tap: Dark Mild
Deep brown with red highlights and a thin, off-white head. It offers malty aromas of caramel, chocolate, and nuttiness, with a subtle earthy hop character. The light to medium-bodied taste features roasted malt, caramel, and dark chocolate, with mild sweetness and very low hop bitterness. A crisp finish with a brief malt sweetness.
Fruited Tap: Black Philly Sour with Davidson Plums
Black colour with red/purple hues and a light tan head. The aroma is tart and fruity with subtle roasted malt. It offers a refreshing, light to medium-bodied taste dominated by juicy plum flavour and balanced by roasted malt underneath. The acidity provides a crisp texture, leading to a tangy finish with lingering tartness from the Davison Plum.
Limited Edition: Belgian Dark Strong Ale
A deep amber colour with a creamy tan head. The aroma is rich with dark caramel, toffee, and dark fruits like figs and raisins, complemented by subtle spice. Its full-bodied flavour combines sweet malt, caramel, dark fruits, and Belgian yeast bubblegum flavours, with a warm alcohol finish.
Limited Edition: Barrel-Aged Belgian Dark Strong Ale
Similar to the base beer, but most notes have a rounded and subdued aspect, softened by the mild oak and oxidation from 2 months in the barrel. The aroma is rich with dark caramel, toffee, and dark fruits like figs and raisins, but complemented by subtle vanillins and not so subtle whisky from the barrel. Its full-bodied flavour and warm alcohol is complemented by the whisky as well.
Limited Edition: Future Dark
Brewed in collaboration with Woopi Brewing Co in Woolgoolga NSW. A Porter style beer with a light touch of new world hops. While dark, malt flavours tend towards chocolate and dark chocolate, with little to no bitter roastiness. CryoPop in the whirlpool for tropical fruit and slightly dank character.
Limited Edition: Choc-Coconut Milk Stout
Deep black colour with a creamy tan-coloured head. Aromas are sweet and dessert-like with rich chocolate and toasted coconut. The full-bodied flavour profile features dominant dark chocolate and toasted coconut, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Cacao NIbs and Toasted Cocount in the fermenter. The finish is long and sweet, leaving lasting chocolate and coconut notes. **CONTAINS LACTOSE**

Deep black with a creamy tan head and rich aromas of dark chocolate. This full-bodied beer combines dark chocolate and cherries with a dessert-like sweetness. Its velvety mouthfeel and low carbonation lead to a long, sweet finish with chocolate up front and lingering cherry on the finish. **SERVED ON NITRO**
Limited Edition: Russian Imperial Stout
Midnight black with a thick, dark brown head. Intense aroma of dark chocolate, espresso, and roasted malts set you up for the robust flavour profile, including dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, and hints of dark fruits. A full-bodied, velvety mouthfeel and low carbonation, giving a lingering finish dominated by chocolate and coffee notes.
